No Refunds or Exchanges Policy
At Eclaras, we strive to provide a unique shopping experience with an ever-changing inventory of items from a diverse group of sellers. Each booth in our store is independently stocked by individual sellers, bringing in their own unique items for you to enjoy.
Due to the nature of our business model, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Items sold may belong to sellers who are no longer actively renting a booth with us by the time a return or exchange is requested. This makes it impossible for us to facilitate changes or process refunds.
We encourage all customers to carefully inspect items before making a purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance while shopping, our team is always here to help!
